Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hoist Operator to join our team. The Hoist Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads. Duties:

  • Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads
  • Inspect cranes and equipment before use to ensure they are in proper working condition
  • Communicate with ground workers to safely move loads
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
  • Maintain logs of working hours and operations
Skills:
  • Ability to operate Hoist efficiently
  • Proficiency in forklift operation for material handling
  • Experience in digging and moving materials
  • Commercial driving skills for transporting loads
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations
  • Mechanical knowledge for crane maintenance
