We are currently seeking a Solutions Architect for our client, a leading tech company. Joining their dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that aims to break down barriers and connect people across the globe.

As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and sales teams to provide technical expertise across various areas and drive new business opportunities. Leveraging your deep understanding of the product and client needs, you will work with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance the overall product experience. Your role will also involve partnering with existing customers to foster growth, increase adoption, and drive engagement across the product landscape. Additionally, you will take the lead in scaling solutions and streamlining their implementation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, product, and business skills, ensuring the success of our customers and the improvement of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of products, architecture, and integration components, becoming a subject matter expert
  • Engage with customers and channel partners to comprehend their business objectives and showcase the value proposition of solutions through pre-sales technical engagements
  • Guide customers and channel partners in their implementations, identifying key system architecture components and aiding in the creation of scalable solutions
  • Establish strong technical relationships with existing customers to drive growth and adoption of products
  • Enable channel partners on solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues hands-on when necessary
  • Create documentation and develop best practises to support both internally and customers
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to drive the success of products by providing valuable customer feedback
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and business-oriented audiences
  • Knowledge of the enterprise software space, including device and mobile management, identity, provisioning, security, networking, and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with web technology stack and supporting technologies such as protocols and APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of AR/VR devices and solutions
