Our client is a leading contract manufacturing company specialising in food, supplements, and cosmetic products. They provide white-label & private label contract manufacturing solutions to brands in the Food, Supplements/Nutraceuticals/Vitamins, Cosmetics, and CBD industries. Their specialist team consistently delivers high-quality product solutions and are committed to continue driving innovation in the industry.

Our client is now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for the company. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. You will be given some accounts to manage, but your core focus will be new business.

Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries/markets to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the contract manufacturing services.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably from a food/supplements/vitamins/cosmetics contract manufacturing industry.
Experience selling White Label/Private Label solutions is very beneficial, ideally in the industries mentioned above
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
