The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner to join its state-of-the-art office in the heart of the West End of London.
You will deal with a high-quality caseload, often dealing with HNW clients. sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and lease extensions.
Due to succession planning the firm is seeking to hire a new Partner into their conveyancing department.
You will have at least 7 years PQE + in conveyancing (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
You should have a good grounding in business development and networking.
