Who You'll Be Working for: An international bank

To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

  • are fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • have Finance/media/PR/speech writing related experience
  • have good creative/design related skills

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Preparing speeches in English and Mandarin for the GM
  • Assisting in managing and promoting relationships with financial and Chinese business groups
  • Corporate image promotion - liaising internally and externally - including online.
  • Event organization, liaison with Social Committee as necessary
  • Assisting in bilingual report drafting.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Solid written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Good creative/design related skills.
  • Finance/media/PR/speech writing related experience
  • General administration experience and strong attention to detail;
  • Multi-tasking skills and able to demonstrate initiative skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Working hours: 9 to 5
