Your Responsibilities: Warmly greet and welcome guests, setting the tone for their stay. Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs with precision. Sell drinks and prepare snacks. Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared to meet guest expectations. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care. Manage reservations and modifications seamlessly using our booking system. Process credit card transactions accurately, ensuring smooth financial transactions. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly. Provide valuable information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software. Availability for flexible hours, mainly evenings and late shifts, weekends, and nights. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
