Senior AV Exec - Award Winning Media Agency - London

A top ten London Media Agency are looking for a Senior AV Exec to be part of a driven, successful and fun AV team. You would be planning and buying across multiple AV channels and be given a lot of autonomy and freedom for your level of experience.

You will have a chance to make an impact and be able to deliver bespoke broadcast strategies and plans for clients across multiple sectors including entertainment, retail and automotive.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Take on a leadership role within the team, serving as a primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
  • Plan and buy across AV channels including TV and VOD
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses and foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide clear and impactful recommendations, reports, and analyses for TV, VOD, YouTube, and Sponsorship campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee accounts fully, ensuring overall performance aligns with core agreements, audit standards, positioning, and financial requirements; confidently lead and support the broader team, department, and agency as needed.
  • Assist team members with daily activities and professional development, demonstrating best practices in campaign monitoring and ensuring goals are met.
  • Build strong relationships with senior media owners, leveraging negotiation skills to deliver value for clients and secure a competitive edge in a challenging market.
