Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Psychotherapy role
Founded in 2017, Vitae Health Systems is one of the largest providers of behavioral health, internal medicine and podiatry services to the residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, we currently operate in over 10 states and are rapidly expanding throughout the USA.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed mental health counselors (LMHCs) to work with the adult and geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

~13 PTO days + 7 paid holidays for full-time providers. 
~ Collaborate with the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with Vitae’s clinical team including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs and podiatrists.
A balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off-hours are required.
