In the PCW-Tech (GoCompare) Salesforce Marketing Cloud sqaud we are transforming our current implementation and technical approach. D esign, build, and maintain advanced digital marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation studio.
Managing and building Audience Segmentations, Analytical reports and dashboards
Configure and optimize marketing automation processes, including customer journeys, email campaigns, and customer segmentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrated systems.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Drive continuous technical improvement initiatives within the marketing technology stack, ensuring best and efficient practices in data management, reuse of components and security.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions and Administration
Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and best practices, including marketing automation, lead management, and customer segmentation
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Email Specialist, Consultant, Administrator, or Developer, are highly preferred.
Proficient in AMPscript and SQL for data manipulation and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of good working practices effective reuse of components and efficient data structures
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud integration with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
