The Pricing team sits within Commercial Excellence, a central function which is the commercial engine that underpins growth in our markets by defining strategy and translating it into offerings, commercial enablement and execution.
Proven experience (3 years+) in packaging and pricing in a B2B setting, ideally in a SaaS and managed services industry. Experience within HR Tech and/or payroll services domain are beneficial but not essential
A strong analytical skill set and can drive business insights forward with imperfect data
Has strong commercial acumen and balances quantitative and qualitative inputs. Is adept at building rapport with stakeholders and managing expectations
Is fluent in English (spoken and written), any other European language is considered as a plus.
You will develop and refine pricing strategies for our European markets and segments that align with the company's business objectives and market dynamics, ensuring pricing models are competitive and contribute both to top and bottom line.
You implement pricing analytics and methodologies to measure and report on price performance, using these data-driven insights to drive informed decisions.
You continuously monitor and optimize pricing models across our markets and segments, taking into account our value proposition, product positioning, and cost structures.
In collaboration with our market intelligence team, you conduct thorough market and customer research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and potential threats.
Working with the Sales Excellence team, you propose pricing governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance throughout the organization, and develop better price tooling
You will be based in one of our European countries and are willing to travel up to 10%
