Hours: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, core hours 8am-4pm with flexibility to support a 24/5 production schedule
Little Moons are frozen and chilled mochi, a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache to create a distinctive, bite-sized, and delicious dessert thats bursting with flavour.
Their rollout across Europe has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The products roots are in high-end restaurants, but over the last five years retail packs have swept the ice cream category in grocery and food service.

- Proven experience in a similar Hygiene Manager role within FMCG
- Experience of consistently delivering high hygiene standards across site
- Robust experience working on internal and external audits
- Experience creating, delivering and implementing Hygiene Strategy throughout the business
- Passion for hygiene and technical safety
- People management experience required
- Experience working collaboratively with the Health, Safety & Environment teams to work in compliance with their policies and ensure risks are identified, assessed and controlled
- The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
- Approachable individual with a professional manner
- Methodical in approach to tasks
- Prompt to act and deliver results in a short time span
- Self-motivated
- An effective time manager with the ability to multi-task
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
- Support and develop a factory culture in their area in line with Little Moons values
- Team player, and able to work on own initiative
