You will join our UK Digital team

As our new ProjectWise Specialist you will be part of our global business. You’ll be joining colleagues from all over the world working on a wide range of projects both nationally and internationally. By combining local experience and insights with our global knowledge base, we provide our clients with the most qualified expertise to deliver the best solutions. We also offer a complete service by acting as trusted advisers to our clients at every stage of the project life: from strategy development and planning to detailed design and execution.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Reporting directly to the UK ProjectWise Lead as part of an experienced team of ProjectWise Specialists
  • Manage the configuration and implementation of multiple ProjectWise environments across UK projects
  • Support the wider business and specific projects to develop and implement digital engineering workflows within the RUK ProjectWise based CDE
  • Work closely with our UK ProjectWise Lead, Bentley Systems and Ramboll Global IT to ensure the system functions to the optimum level, managing any internal issues and escalating issues with Bentley Systems as required
  • Training and supporting project teams and ProjectWise super users
  • To develop innovative and user-friendly solutions to enable project teams to work more efficiently within the ProjectWise suite of products

  • Extensive experience of working in a construction based CAD / Data / Information Management position
  • Demonstratable experience of using ProjectWise and ProjectWise Administrator for configuration, customisation and application support;
  • Demonstratable experience of using ProjectWise Web services such as Deliverables Management, Project Insights and iTwin services
  • Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders to establish workflows and requirements in accordance with ISO 19650
  • Practical knowledge of software capabilities and use of applications from key software vendors such as Autodesk and Bentley Systems
  • Practical knowledge of database and programming languages such as SQL and PowerShell
  • Able and willing to become SC cleared in accordance with UK security vetting (UK resident for min. 5 years, 12 months of employer references and 3 years of personal references)

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You will be a self-starter who possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM and related technologies. Good interpersonal skills and very comfortable and effective working with others in a team environment.
