Position: Recruitment Consultant/Director

Location: Cornerstone House, Stockton -on- Tees

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant/Director to join our team and lead the growth and operations of our company. This role is ideal for a driven individual who has reached the ceiling in their current recruitment role and is eager to take on the challenge of driving a business forward, with the ultimate goal of achieving a Directorship position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their skills, make strategic decisions, and contribute to the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define company goals and objectives, contributing to overall business strategy and vision.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment at a senior level, with a track record of success in achieving business growth targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to drive change and make a significant impact within a growing organization.
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources) is desirable but not essential.
