Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator

Join a dynamic team at an industry-leading company, where your talents will be recognized and your contributions valued. We're seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our project team, coordinating and processing work scope associated with project-related contracts for all our cutting-edge products. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and collaborating closely with the Director of Isolation Services, you'll have the opportunity to engage with clients and third-party inspection services.

Your role will involve:

  1. Assisting in preparing detailed quotations for project-related enquiries
  2. Coordinating technical documentation for bid submissions
  3. Arranging project kick-off meetings upon contract award
  4. Managing project plans, budgets, and milestones
  5. Coordinating field surveys and attending client meetings as required
  6. Ensuring timely receipt of engineering drawings and associated documents
  7. Writing necessary testing and operational procedures
  8. Coordinating client or third-party inspection visits
  9. Compiling mobilization lists and advising on deployment requirements
  10. Assisting with field deployment as required
  11. Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems

Experience in an engineering background with topside/process/pipeline/subsea experience is advantageous, along with strong technical writing skills. A driving license is required, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft AX system is a plus.

Qualifications:

BSc/BEng or equivalent in Mechanically biased subjects

Personal Qualities:

Strong organizational skills
Self-starter with excellent communication skills
