Band 6 - Community Psychiatric Nurse - Broxtowe/Hucknall -36.5hrs a week Search Healthcare are recruiting an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (Band 6) on behalf of our client on an initial, 6 month basis, with the potential of ongoing work. Position Overview:
- Offering specialised assessments and interventions to a broad range of patients and their families within the Care Programme Approach, addressing significant mental health issues/disorders.
- Delivering timely and, when necessary, intensive support to patients in their community environments.
- Displaying effective clinical and managerial leadership within the team, while also offering guidance and supervision to junior colleagues and other professionals.
- Ability to work to meet the needs to the service (including unsocial hours and bank holidays)
- A full UK Driving Licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010
- The right to work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months experience in a UK based healthcare setting.
