This role will support the Just Culture approach by managing the Trust's Resolution Hub and HR Administration Hub. You will be supporting a large programme of change that will involve improving the experience of our staff and managers who use the Resolution Hub to resolve concerns, whilst embedding our LAS values and culture programme.


You must be able to work under your own initiative, be flexible and have an attention to detail.
o The Resolution Hub Manager will support and deputise for the Head of Employee Relations and support the Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Managers and Advisors to provide a specialist employee relations service across the Trust. In this exciting new role, a key function will be to lead on the review, development and implementation of best practice systems and processes to support a consistent, robust and excellent employee resolution and administration service.


o You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Employee Resolution HR Hub and the HR Administration Hub, which will include providing support and guidance on ER matters and identifying new ways of working. You will also be responsible for providing advice and support to managers on complex employee relations case work that are submitted to the Resolution Hub.
