This role necessitates adeptness in police station cover, managing a 24-hour Police Station duty rota, court appearances, and meticulous preparation for Crown Court cases.

Recognized as a Top Tier Fraud Firm by the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, the team is actively involved in prominent Business Crime investigations and prosecutions. Their commitment to upholding the highest standards of work and professionalism defines their reputation in the legal landscape. Skills and Experience Required:
Ideal candidates will possess Police Station Representative Accreditation, a full, clean driving license, and access to a vehicle for work purposes. Key requirements encompass:
- Profound knowledge of criminal law, practices, and procedures, including expertise in the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE).
- Advisory proficiency at Police Stations for a diverse range of cases.
- Competence in case preparation across all court levels for issues related to crime law.
- Proficiency in court advocacy for crime cases (higher rights not mandatory).
- Discernment in determining the necessity for experts, agents, or counsel.
- Adherence to Legal Aid Agency Franchise requirements.
- Advantageous experience in matters related to Police misconduct.
