Our client is a leading Scottish business, who as a result of some internal changes need to appoint an Interim HR Manager for their Lanarkshire based operation.
Reporting to the senior management team, the primary purpose of the role is overseeing and executing the HR practices and processes of the business. new 1-1, appraisal and performance management system for the business.
Implement and manage the roll out of new bonus system.
Assisting with the process of recruitment, onboarding and off boarding as required
Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures.
On offer is the chance to join a business and make a real impact on its people and processes, helping shape the business and its future. The role operates on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office and 2 at home), there may be occasional travel to other sites.
