As Service Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the students, ensuring a seamless operation of the day service. In this fulfilling role, you will lead a team committed to excellence in care and support, creating a real impact. Lead the day-to-day operations and support the head of service.
Manage and support a skilled staffing team.
Effectively manage budgets to maximise student support.
Conduct assessments, create care plans and perform risk assessments.
Administer medication and ensure safe medication management.
Ensure staff receive necessary training and professional development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4+ Registered Managers Award or a Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care, with a minimum of four years' experience in care services, including three years in a senior role. We seek a candidate who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with disabilities.
