Supported by a team of over 50 full-time engineers, they deliver innovative solutions to residential and commercial customers alike. Solar PV Project Manager Overview Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the solar PV market segment, including utility-scale, commercial, and residential projects. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion. Develop strategic proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar PV solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Conduct client consultations, site visits, and presentations to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive relationships and foster repeat business Solar PV Project Manager Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project management, including demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget. Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the renewable energy industry.
