Assistant Management Accountant
34,000 (9-12month FTC)

Assign tasks to the accounts team to facilitate accurate and timely processing of account data

* Serve as a point of contact for credit control, informing the finance manager of any debts that are past due

* Guarantee timely completion of monthly reconciliations; manage the asset register to ensure that the right items are capitalised in accordance with established guidelines

* Supervise stock control to guarantee that the right amounts of inventory are maintained.

* Review and ensure that financial processes are as effective and efficient as possible on a regular basis.
Helping the Head of Finance and the Finance Manager create efficient procedures that will enable the
Working experience at trial balance level, including sales, purchase ledger, bank processing, and management account production

* Full or partial qualification in relevant accounting

* Good familiarity with Sage, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the capacity to learn bespoke databases

* People skills, including the capacity to assign tasks and manage individual projects; 28 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays

* Monday to Friday role with 4:30pm finish Friday
