* They will be responsible for: the development and implementation of excellent practice across the organisation, and specifically within the teams - a complex caseload of court cases
* close links with the Head Of Service, Case Progression Officer, Legal Department and senior leadership team to ensure that there is a joined up approach to practice development
* supporting social workers so that their practice is effective, meets regulatory requirements, complies with statutory guidance, and learns from evidence-based interventions and innovative practice
* the use of the Signs of Safety and Wellbeing framework across Social Care and will support the framework with the use of direct tools for working with children and young people
