Job Description

We are expanding the Solution Integration Practice in EMEA and are looking to hire an Architect with experience in the data and pre-sales domains to support the continuously growing demand for data-driven solutions that enable a personalization strategy as part of the digital transformation in marketing.

You will work with the Project managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Testers and oversee end-to-end solution or component design and implementation, providing technical oversight through to transition into Production. In this role you will act as the key technical contact for all solution communications with the client and oversee the delivery process throughout the implementation cycle.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with the customer success team for existing clients: activities are focused on client consulting for proposed changes, process improvements, and issues. You will function independently as the technical Subject Matter Expert for the end-to-end solution and provide direction to other associates on the technical aspects of changes, issues, and research in a self-directed manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for overall solution design of complex cross-market solutions, providing direction to other associates on technology and design choices.
  • Lead the technical pre-sales process with a focus on scoping and estimation. Integrate with the sales team to provide the required technical support and participate in client facing pitches for existing accounts & new logo
  • Proven track record in internal/external Senior Stakeholder management as part of a Professional Services organization
  • Engage in project communications with clients using a consultative approach. Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options as it relates to the solution
  • Focuses on client value and satisfaction while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility, and scalability of solution

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 1-3 years of experience in Solution Architecture, data modelling and data management
  • Experience in presales with a strong focus in scoping and estimation
  • Experience working within cross border delivery teams with a track record in delivering complex multi-country solutions covering multiple technologies for blue chip organisations
  • Experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) desired with a preference to Treasure Data & Sitecore CDP
  • Experience in data management solutions with ETL (can be AWS, GCP, bespoke ETL tools etc.
  • Experience in the Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Financial verticals is a plus
  • Ability to be fully functional and self-directed on complex solutions
  • Cloud Architect certifications desired with a strong preference to AWS or GCP
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
