We are currently recruiting an Operations Support Coordinator based at our Wolverton site (MK12 5PT). The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 2200 to 0600, with possible overtime.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of £32,070.16 and a shift allowance of £1,872 per annum.
As an Operations Support team member, you will manage daily administration and stock at the Wolverton site, including processing Goods-In and Goods-Out and addressing customer and delivery inquiries professionally.

Additional key tasks:
Follow health and safety procedures and report concerns to your manager.
Report accidents and investigate to prevent recurrence.
Conduct cycle counts and address discrepancies promptly.
Maintain stock records in WMS and assist with related queries.
Manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
Handle inbound, outbound, and returns requests accurately.
Communicate any issues with Yusen or customer expectations quickly.
Key requirements
Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse administration, with a broad range of experience.
Proven ability to interface effectively with customers.
Demonstrated experience in managing.
Strong administrative skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems rapidly.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
