Position: Nurse
Location: Romsey, Hampshire
Salary: £22 - £24 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:
Valid Nursing qualification (RN or RGN) and registration with the NMC.
Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
