About the company

We are currently working with a leading UK retailer who are currently looking to grow their Salesforce team. Salesforce is at the heart of this business and as a huge retailer, it is of great importance that Salesforce continues to deliver as their growth accelerates.

About the role

As the Salesforce Business Analyst you will be the bridge between the business and the technical teams, gathering all Salesforce business requirements, refining them and ensuring they are delivered to the technical teams to implement. You will communicate with stakeholders of all levels and work closely with developers and the Salesforce Platform Lead to successfully implement changes on the platform.

Requirements

The skills and experience required will include but not be limited to:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Experience.
  • Excellent experience in gathering requirements, creation of user stories and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of core Salesforce products including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent understanding of the limitations of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to communicate it's capabilities to non-technical teams.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst
