We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead this crucial expansion. it's about pioneering a vital new revenue stream and unlocking the immense potential of industrial scrap.
If you have the drive to hunt, close, and build lasting relationships, and you understand the complex world of industrial precious metals, this is your chance to lead from the front.
Based in the West Midlands with travel UK-wide, you will identify and secure new business opportunities in the industrial scrap markets, driving revenue growth and playing a key role in strategic expansion. You will grow the customer base, building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions, utilising your consultative selling skills.
A proven track record in Business Development, ideally within the metals sector.
Strong understanding of precious metals or the industrial scrap market (PGMs, Gold, Silver).
Exceptional relationship-building skills and proven gravitas to engage with key industry stakeholders.
A self-starting mentality—you must be comfortable with the autonomy and accountability that comes with building a new division.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with significant potential for career development as this new industrial division grows.
