Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for an HR Application Support Developer with NGA software experience to aid our key client, based in Central London, as they continue to undertake a major transformation project.

THE BASICS:

This contract job opportunity is a split between application support , development & configuration activities. Working knowledge of NGA ResourceLink , and configuration of forms and workflows using the NGA toolset is vital for this role; as is configuration of new reports within the standard NGA report writer.

As the HR Application Support Developer , you will be tasked with updating bank details on MyView2 , configuration changes to eHR files and the review of current and potential integration with our clients’ other core system(s).

The development of HR Test Scripts as part of the Regression Test Pack and a final hand-over of all support activities to BAU is fundamental to the success and legacy of this role.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

Developers with several years’ experience of working in a mixture of support & development environments for HR Systems, knowledge and support of NGA ResourceLink HR/Payroll system(s), coupled with excellent communication skills , both written and verbal – should apply TODAY.

If you have strong organisational and/or project management skills, a strong work ethic, solid problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented mind-set ; with an innate ability to ‘think outside the box’, then we would like to hear from you TODAY

A customer focused mentality ; and a positive, collaborative nature ; coupled with a familiarity to creating and reviewing technical documentation – communicating technical solutions & issues to both technical and non-technical people, with a track record in designing, delivering & supporting complex systems and solutions is likely to result in an immediate interview request .
