Highly organised and detail-oriented, you’ll oversee all photography and videography activities, both at the inhouse studio in Nottingham and on location. Accomplished at studio orchestration, a cost-conscious negotiator and a collaborative relationship builder, you’ll thrive on the pulse of ecommerce photography and videography with the ability to produce outstanding images that help us to drive sales.
Based at the Studio, and a skilled Videographer yourself, you will lead a small studio team to continuously improve the standard of imagery delivered and garner a creative working environment where pride in the imagery is at the heart of the team ethos.
Efficient Studio Operations: Support Head of Creative to oversee studio and on-location photo shoots, with responsibility for planning and organising photo shoots, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for the location, equipment, and personnel involved.
Oversee the day-to-day work assignments and schedules of the team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.

Manage all stock through the studio facility, ensure accountability and accurate system processing.
Manage the asset library from shoot to website use, keeping all asset logs up to date to ensure the wider Marketing and Creative team have a clear library of assets.
Collaborative Relationships: Act as a key liaison between the wider business and the Studio, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders in Creative, CX and People teams.
Ensure that all photography and video activities meet a high standard of quality and efficiency, this includes reviewing and approving the final output, as well as implementing processes to improve productivity and workflow.
Creative Leadership: Lead in-house creative shoots and maintain high standards across product and lifestyle photography and videography.
Solid understanding of e-commerce studio operations and creative shoot production.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent creative and photography/videography abilities.
Strong understanding of market trends, visual composition, and the art of aesthetic presentation.
Based at our Nottingham site and able to travel to locations as required.
