Our German speaking team is growing We are looking for a Scotland based German speaker keen to start a career in the Business Travel Industry.

All we need from you at this stage is to speak fluent German, native or professional, but you must have spoken and written control of the language, so please do not apply if that is not the case. There will be a test during the recruitment process.

Ideally, you can start in early August for training in our Glasgow office.

About the Role

Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers and suppliers. Provide guidance and support to clients, using a variety of communication methods to enable the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the department.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• To advise and arrange all aspects of travel and travel related services including, airlines flight bookings (scheduled, charter and low cost), self-drive and chauffeur driven car hire, rail, hotel, ferries, passports, visas, health requirements, fares, foreign currency, theatre tickets, excess baggage, plus any other products and services that client may require.

• To complete and issue various travel documents including itineraries, booking forms, air, rail and ferry tickets, multipurpose documents, car hire and hotel vouchers, foreign currency, invoices, credit notes, etc., ensuring that all details are correct and presented to the client in a clear and concise manner.

• To action all travel requests and functions with the minimum of delay.
