Apply now and you could be working at The Britannia Hotel in Wigan The Britannia is an attractive modern hotel situated only 3 miles from Wigan town centre, and not far from the M6 motorway network, providing easy access to major cities such as Liverpool and Manchester.
The Britannia Wigan is a 124-bedroom hotel that boasts 15 self-contained conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates with plenty of space remaining for syndicates. The hotel also boasts its very own on-site restaurant and lounge bar. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Supervisor on to the team.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be required too:
- Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and tidy and ready for the following day
- Ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly.
- Ensure that procedures are adhered to and always followed
- Handle guest queries and advise F&B Manager of any changes happening in the restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and to encourage feedback from the guests.
- Supervise other Food & Beverage staff when required
The successful candidate will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
