We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts (BA) able to rapidly understand complex business problems, with the analysis skills to understand people, processes and technical requirements and shape technology solutions. You’ll have plenty of experience as a BA within high-performing Agile development teams
A sound understanding of the Financial and Automotive industries will be hugely beneficial
Able to manage moving deadlines and changing priorities, and maintain a flexible mindset when managing conflicting priorities across the business
You have experience of delivering IT system requirements specifications and/or Agile story creation
An understanding of waterfall, iterative, digital and Agile development methodologies
Kanban framework experience and you have worked with database driven systems
You have supported complex change projects and produced feasibility studies
You have demonstrable experience of the legal and regulatory environment including governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex data and arguments
Work with the Technical Architects to understand and support detailed design and implementation
Regularly reporting progress with stakeholders, including raising risks, issues and other noteworthy project items in a timely manner
You will also ensure strict control of client information and data
