Are you a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to work on building projects that can change the world, projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last?
If so we are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Manchester to work on multidisciplinary projects. We are looking for enthusiastic and suitably experienced Engineers, being client focused is an essential attribute and you will be able to demonstrate solid experience of working in a design capacity and good working knowledge of building services installations. AECOM plays a critical role in the conceptualisation and creation of amazing spaces, delivering projects and buildings that define skylines and communities. AECOM Buildings & Places is made up of dedicated teams delivering projects in Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, Sports Venues, Work Places, Education, Government and Healthcare.

At AECOM we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company, for this role we believe your starting point is:

To take a key role representing AECOM on MEP projects leading your own discipline and also managing engineers of a complementary discipline
To mentor and assist with the development of junior engineers
Manage you own time on projects to suit deadlines and complete their assigned tasks
To have a strong interest in or experience using digital and parametric design tools. We seek engineers that fit with our culture and have experience working digitally by coding, working in IESVE.
You will need to be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to design and delivery of Building Services projects.
Relevant experience in design and delivery of projects within the consulting industry (preferable)
Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, able to inspire, influence and negotiate.
Having a CIBSE/IET/IMechE Engineering Council accredited honours degree, or a HNC in an applicable discipline with commitment to continue with higher education.
