As a Staff Nurse in the outpatient department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Running nurse-led dressing and phlebotomy clinics and assisting in pre-operative investigations.
  • Carrying out duties delegated by the OPD Manager/team leader to ensure the smooth running of the department and the efficient care of patients.
  • Assisting Consultants during patient examinations and minor surgical procedures, and arranging investigations as requested.

We're looking for a Staff Nurse who has:
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Experience in outpatient or a surgical environment (advantageous).
  • ECG and Phlebotomy training (advantageous).
