We are looking fora Shift Manager to join our SplashTeam.
Reportingto the Venue Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible forensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring thatrelevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team andthat team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we canmanage fluctuating guest demand whilst keeping operationalstandards and guest experiencehigh.
Youwill support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a greatexperience and are also driving any keytargets.
Thisrole covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility isveryimportant.
Aswith all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you willneed to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuringthat our guest experience is always your number onepriority. AboutYou
We are looking for anexperienced leader that can support the team to deliver fantasticservice. Putting the guests first in everything you do, you willhave experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filledenvironment to deliver an excellenceexperience.
You will beresponsible for health & safety and compliancy checks, openingand closing the venue, creating rosters & overseeing the day today operation of the venue.
You should beconfident to direct and respond in any situation whilst deliveringconsistent brand standards.
The ability to lead, motivate and engageyour team, even at periods of high demand is important, as well asbeing able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly tochanging requirements.
With strong leadership skills, you should beconfident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for ourteams and guests every day. NPLQ qualification and ITC skillsarerequired. Interested?
