Role: Project Manager Company: Refurbishment and Fit-Out Main Contractor

Salary: Up to £85k OTE (£65k base salary + £20k bonuses)

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, an established refurbishment and fit-out main contractor, is seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join their team. Based in West London, with regular site visits, you’ll oversee refurbishment projects across the London area.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in fit-out/refurbishment.
~ Proven track record managing multiple projects, valued between £50k–£1M.
~ Comprehensive understanding of building contracts.
~ Project Management: Ensure seamless delivery of projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and support the Site Management team.
Develop project programmes and cash flow forecasts.
Commercial Management: Manage budgets, variations, valuations, and client accounts to meet financial targets.
Administration: Maintain project documentation on SharePoint and prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals when required.
Health & Safety Planning: Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations.
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide site teams to achieve project goals.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
