Role profile:
This is a temporary position created role to support with clinical trials for a flourishing biotech organisation based near to Cambridge, UK. You will be working closely with the biology department and support them through this busy period.
Core duties:
- Running the instrumentation and recording the results in the system
- Assisting in production of the reagents when required
- Monitoring the stock levels of laboratory consumables to ensure adequate supplies are available and replenished as required
- Supporting the team with general housekeeping of the laboratory facilities
- Strictly adhere to all ISO 13485/FDA regulations.
Your background:
- Proven industry/commercial lab experience, ideally where there are devices in development.
- Exemplary attention to detail, methodical approach and accustomed to working in a busy and demanding environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills; able to collaborate well within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Available for an immediate start and can commit to 6-8 weeks in the role.
- You will be working in a cleanroom, humidity-controlled lab so you must be comfortable with wearing PPE for long period of time.
