Job Description Our client, a UK-wide Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist, are seeking Account Managers to support the growth of their business. As an Account Manager, you will be building strong relationships and effectively managing a portfolio of B2B customers for Energy and Water . You will handle daily inquiries, spanning from onboarding and billing to metering and invoice validation . Managing and building strong relationships for a portfolio of B2B clients
Procurement of energy and water contracts (fixed and flex)
Invoice validation & management of billing issues & queries on behalf of clients
Analyse and interpret consumption data, performance, and reports and provide insight
Manage client complaints/queries ensuring meeting agreed SLA’s
Provide support in client meetings and present market overviews and trends to stakeholders

Strong communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and build long-term relationships
Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Solid admin / organisation, can manage high volume workflows without comprising quality

Role: Account Manager (energy / utilities)
Location: Hybrid – Cumbernauld, Glasgow
Salary: £32,000 plus bonus
