My client are a leading public organisation involved in managing long-term savings and financial security in the UK. As part of their commitment to building an engaged, informed, and high-performing organisation, we are partnering with them to recruit an Interim Internal Communications Business Partner on an initial 3-6 month contract, working hybrid from their offices in Brighton. Your job is to partner with leadership teams across the business, providing expert coaching, advice, and guidance on internal communications. You will design and deliver internal communications and engagement campaigns that support the organisation's mission, and create a mutual understanding of goals, plans and ambitions during a period of change. You will also mentor and work closely with colleagues in the internal communications team to foster a high-performing and supportive culture.
To be successful in this role, you will be an expert at translating strategic content to deliver compelling content and collateral for employees, so they feel informed, engaged, and can understand how they contribute to company objectives. You'll be comfortable advising and collaborating with senior stakeholders, and able to think and plan for the big picture while also translating it into practical actions and outcomes, helping colleagues understand their role in achieving business aims. You will also have experience of mentoring and managing colleagues to achieve a collaborative and consistent approach to internal communications across the organisation.
You will earn a daily rate of between £350 - £400 per day (PAYE/Umbrella). You will work hybrid from offices in Brighton 1-2 days per week, and have the opportunity to help shape and develop an evolving internal communications business partnering structure during a period of change.
