We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Lead to join the HR team of an inclusive and people-centric Consultancy, to oversee compensation and benefits across global offices (Europe and Asia).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processes of benefits enrolment, compliance, and compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with reward objectives. You’ll also lead a team of 2 Total Reward professionals across multiple regions, contributing to the overall success of the HR initiatives. You will collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams internally and ensure the rewards stay competitive and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis: Monitor internal equity and market benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Team Management: Lead Total Rewards professionals in Belgium and India, supporting compensation and benefits issues across the region.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market data to inform compensation ranges and develop insights on reward trends.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for employee queries related to benefits and compensation, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including Private Medical Insurance, Pension Plans, and more.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in high-growth companies.
  • Strong knowledge of market surveys (Radford, WTW) and compensation tools.
  • Experience in managing multi-national teams.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; Workday experience preferred.
