About Adventure Yogi At Adventure Yogi, we are a pioneering adventure wellness travel company founded in 2006. We specialise in yoga holidays and retreats across the UK and abroad, combining yoga, adventure, and culture to create uplifting, healthy experiences for solo travellers, friends, and families alike.
Our retreats are about balance - from energising yoga, nourishing plant-based food, revitalising massage to the joy of connecting with like-minded people in nature. Sustainability is at the heart of our vision. As our Wellness Travel Product Executive/Retreat Creator, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager with all aspects of product development and retreat creation.
Assist in developing retreat financial plans, ensuring profitability and viability.
Manage the website across all pages from the homepage to all products
Assist with venue audits, risk assessments, and feedback management.
Support annual retreat calendar planning and scheduling.
Travel to venues for experience and understanding our product offering and relationship-building
Create product manuals and video training for all retreat products for all AY teams in-house and feelance
This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about yoga, travel, wellness, and product (retreat) creation who wants to grow within a purpose-led company.
You may already have experience in the travel, hospitality, or wellness sector, or you may be looking to enter this world and build a long-term career. Someone who loves yoga, wellness and adventure travel and has an understanding of how the wellness travel and mainstream travel industries are different
Organised and analytical, have an understanding of managing budgets, creating financial plans or have a head for numbers and excited to learn this and interpreting data to guide decisions.
Creative and resourceful, with the ability to spot opportunities for unique retreat destinations and meaningful guest experiences.
Personable and confident, skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with venues and suppliers.
Like administrative tasks and have a head for numbers and data analysis
Creative Experience in photography and good iPhone filming skills desirable
An independent traveller, happy to explore new countries solo and represent the Adventure Yogi brand with confidence and curiosity.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid Hove; must be able to come into the office for probation full-time for initial onboarding, then 3 days a week for the first 3 months. Can become 1 day a week in the office after this.
