Jess Fine Foods is based in Twechar, nestled on the edge of the Campsie Hills, and offers cooked meats, puddings, and continental sausages.We have a fantastic opportunity for Production Manager to join our production team based in Twechar. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and hardworking team with a company that provides long-term job security.Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Production Manager.Deep knowledge of Production Management.Experience in reporting on key Production matters.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and driving standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within all areas of the factory through Good Manufacturing Practice (G.Managing the communication process to ensure that the workforce in their area is well informed on relevant production plans and matters.Liaise with Team Leaders, Engineering and Senior Management to formulate objectives and understand requirements.Monitor production to resolve issues.Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel from goods in right through to goods out.Ensure output meets quality standards.Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.Report to senior management.We offer 29 days of paid holiday per year, and work hours are from 6.30pm Monday to Friday.The position is an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to advance their career within an innovative, rapidly growing organisation.
