Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Administrator at Zunoma's location in Eastbourne. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing compliance procedures. Key tasks include analysing and interpreting regulatory guidelines, developing and implementing compliance policies, performing audits and risk assessments, conducting internal investigations, and providing training on compliance-related matters.

Job Brief

To provide administrative support to Compliance Manager / Internal Auditor.

Responsibilities

·  Answering phone calls and responding to emails.

· Checklist record keeping and checklist data entry and reporting.

· Assist with tracking and trending of quality and environmental information.

· Responsible for the administration of the document control review on all IMS documents.

· Responsible for the administration of the electronic IMS filing system on SharePoint.

· Point of contact for any Team/Leader Manager administrative questions in relation to an IMS document.

· Assist with environmental objectives and documentation.

· Assist with onboarding new customers

· Assist with Supply Chain documentation

· Any other clerical tasks.

Skills, Experience, and Personal Attributes Required

Essential

· Knowledge or understanding of document control procedures and/or IMS systems.

· Knowledge of quality management systems and controls.

· Knowledge of ISO (not essential to have ISO knowledge, just knowledge of third party audits) and working with auditors.

· Professional conduct and outlook.

· Confident in communicating with staff on all levels, including managers and directors.

· Excellent administration and organisation skills.

· Great time management, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

· At least two years’ experience working in an office environment and ideally within a compliance related role.

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint).
