CRM MANAGER An exciting opportunity to join the growing The Little Car Company Team as our CRM Manager.
Due to rapid growth The Little Car Company is expanding. We have an international client base of UHNWI’s who we manage through a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and we are looking for someone to take ownership and full management and growth of this platform. The role will be responsible for delivering targeted campaigns, delivering leads into the business and providing key reports to Senior Management. This position will be an integral part of the Commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Client Services and Finance teams to deliver against all commercial objectives. 

Compensation: Competitive Salary based on experience + share options + bonus scheme
Location: The Little Car Company London office, with flexible working
Holiday: 25 days per year, option to take 1 month off unpaid per year after 1 year service
Share options scheme: Immediate
Report to : Commercial Director
We'll likely do the majority of initial interviews by video call but will meet candidates in person before the final decision is made.

Continuously analyse data, making recommendations for new campaigns to aid new sales, and identify upsell opportunities. Management of our global CRM strategy across email in alignment with business objectives.
Create highly engaging and personalised email campaigns with an emphasis on testing and learning to optimise future results.
Work with Marketing, Sales and the wider commercial team on the planning and execution of product launches. This might include liaising with internal and external stakeholders to determine the requirements of upcoming campaigns, including receiving/writing briefs, campaign creation, HTML proofing, managing sign-off and presentation of results.
Develop reporting dashboards for Senior Management to enable KPI's to be measured accurately and determine ROI.
Work with both Commercial team departments and web agencies to integrate all data channels into the CRM to provide a 360 view of the customer.
Be the primary contact for Microsoft Dynamics internally, providing daily support for other team members.
Ensure best practices for users of Microsoft Dynamics, creating Definition Handbooks and Quick Start Guides and user training where required.
Analyse and monitor data quality and segmentation opportunities, ensuring all data feeds are GDPR compliant.
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and continuously come up with new ways to build and engage with the UHNW target audience.
 
 
Full time in at The Little Car Company’s brand-new HQ at Bicester Heritage, the UK’s first automotive campus. It is a stunning place for any car enthusiast to be based.
