Field Service Engineer - (After Sales Supervisor) Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below. Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 Location: Onsite & Remote – New castle, Sheffield, Birmingham, and Liverpool 50% Travel (Newport/ Birmingham/Sheffield/ Liverpool/ Newcastle) Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 You will be provided: Travel Allowance: £26 / Day Mobile Phone Laptop Insurance Company van Qualifications Requirements:

  • Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Customer service and quality control/inspection experience beneficial.
  • Skills: Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • On site customer support regarding (Splicing) Machines
  • Commissioning/ Decommissioning for all Equipment
  • Documentation of Documentation for all Equipment
  • Customer training for all equipment
  • Technical support (onsite & remote)
Ensure Commissioning / Decommissioning:
  • clients on optimal workshop arrangements for equipment.
  • audit information, pre-shipment prep, and packing for decommissioning.
  • installation and commissioning globally.
Documentation Management:
  • up-to-date documentation for all DEXTRA equipment.
  • accessibility of troubleshooting notices for common breakdowns.
Customer Training:
  • and monitor new operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors.
  • training for setting up test samples, splice assembly, and E-ticketing.
Technical Support Level 3:
  • timely response to E-tickets.
  • remote or on-site technical assistance.
  • preventive maintenance Level 3 and advise on local part supplies.
Supervision:
  • production output and optimize workshop effectiveness.
  • supervise operations of bars cutting, cold forging, threading, and testing.
  • compliance with DEXTRA documentation and standardization.
Reporting & Communication:
  • and convey client queries (E-tickets).
  • deviations to standard processes to both client and DEXTRA management.
  • action plans for improving equipment performance.
