As a local and friendly Accountancy practice, this is a vital member of their team who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of supporting their client managers on Bookkeeping duties as well as providing essential reception support.

Bookkeeping Support:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients using accounting software.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
Assist with the preparation of tax & and Administrative Duties:

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
