Responsible for deploying and embedding the Quality Strategy at an Air Sector Enterprise level
Collaboration with a range of external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives throughout the entire business process
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the quality strategy and drive continuous improvement
Provide guidance and training to team members to foster a culture of quality excellence
Input/management of Quality related data into relevant toolsets/documents/records
Able to demonstrate a strong background in developing and deployment of a strategy within a complex organisation or high-level change projects
Analytical mind-set with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Knowledge of quality requirements for aerospace and defence contracts (e.g. Understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

The Quality Function Team:
This is an exciting time to join the Quality Function Team at a time of expansion. You will be responsible for the new element of quality and deploying the company quality strategy across air systems.
