Position Overview The Renewables Manager will work with the Installs Manager and company directors to streamline and improve renewable energy installation projects. This includes system design, understanding installation specifications, scheduling, and identifying new products and suppliers. The role requires meeting delivery targets within agreed budgets and timescales while ensuring high-quality standards and clear communication with clients. Duties

  • ECO4 Project Modelling: Collaborate with the modelling team to define installation specifications.
  • Custom Design: Design renewable measures like Air Source Heat Pumps, Heating Systems, and Solar Systems. Ensure documentation meets ECO4 criteria and building regulations.
  • Customer Communication: Create customer info packs and provide updates throughout the installation process.
  • Project Management: Assist with managing installers, overseeing logistics, and ensuring projects stay on track and profitable.
  • Performance Reporting: Meet regularly with the Installs Manager and Directors to report on progress and KPIs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Plan and manage safety programs and ensure all work meets compliance criteria.
  • Work Environment: Operate in both office and construction site environments.
Requirements
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically with Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency with software packages and cloud-based business tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and legislation
