SELLING SERVICES TO A WIDE RANGE OF BUSINESSES Job Title: Telesales Executive - Pest control Location: Kempston, Milton Keynes (Hybrid working available) Salary: £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales/ Sales Executive with experience in pest control to join a team. This role offers the flexibility of remote working and involves engaging with a database of clients to sell our pest control services. You will be responsible for building connections with clients, understanding their pest control needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with clients from our database to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide expert advice on pest control services.
- Promote and sell pest control services with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- ideally you will hold RSPH Level 2 or BPCA Level 2 certification.
- Previous experience in the pest control industry is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in sales or client relationship management.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Competitive base salary of £28,000.
- Uncapped commission structure.
