Provide high quality strategic leadership working closely with the board team and assuming overall management of the company’s financial health
- Full capital management, negotiating funding options and strategic partnerships
- Ensure sound financial reporting and compliance
- Develop high quality FP&A systems, processes and financial controls
- Risk management through r=the development of high quality budgets and forecasts
Undoubtedly a professionally qualified individual (ACA/ACCA), with proven experience operating at CFO level, or potentially a seasoned and ambitious Finance Director seeking a strategically focussed role with a strong focus on investor engagement. The successful candidate will possess exceptional financial acumen and demonstrable experience in delivering strategic financial management. Needless to say, superb internal and external relationship building skills will be a pre-requisite.
